This is a fantastic app. Highly recommended.

Heres your choice:
- spend hours surfing the web trying to understand how to get decent results using Apples command-line tools (which do not by default know about Apples encoding recommendations, and which Apple itself marks as Beta)
- spend hundreds of dollars for Final Cut Pro X so you can use Apples Compressor tool
- buy this app and get what you want done in a few minutes.

Really, if you need to encode a piece of video so you can stick it onto an HTTP server so it can be viewed by iOS devices, HTTP Live Streaming is the way to go and this app is by far the simplest way to prepare the video for the server.

What would make it even better:
- a way for the user to provide encryption keys, so you can use the same keys over multiple, distinct videos
